Delivery fees are calculated before final confirmation. These fees depend on your country. Customs fees are paid by the customer.
Once validated, your order should be shipped within 2 days.
Exceptions:
If it’s a pre-order. Then the shipping date depends on the date on the product page.
If the product is "build to order". Then it will be shipped within three weeks of the purchasing date. In case of delays, you will be contacted by us.
If you order contains a pedal that is currently available and one that is either pre-order or build to order, the order will be shipped when all items are available.
A tracking number is provided to you once the order is shipped. Please contact us only if the tracking does not update within 3 days before it has been sent. Carriers may take time to update their deliveries.
